Greentown China (HKG:3900) recorded around 10.6 billion yuan of sales in September, comprising contracted and subscription sales, a Tuesday bourse filing said.
The property company's average selling price stood at 34,629 yuan per square meter for the month.
In September, the company sold 2,193 units of self-investment projects with a sales area of around 310,000 square meters.
From January to September, the company logged total contracted sales and sales area of roughly 187.2 billion yuan and 9.3 million square meters, respectively.
Shares of the company closed 15% lower on Tuesday.
