大山教育(09986.HK) 公布，有意向身为独立第三方的投资者发行债券，但不会向香港公众发售或关连人士配售债券。
目前，公司拟发行的债券本金总额不得超过1.5亿元，并可能分一批或多批发行。当中，债券将分为两款，4年期债券预期年利率为6%，而8年期债券的年利率则预计为6.5%。
