智通财经APP获悉，中信金融资产(02799)、中国信达(01359)午后集体走高，截至发稿，中信金融资产涨22.39%，报0.82港元；中国信达(01359)涨23.08%，报1.92港元。
消息面上，9月24日，金融监管总局在国新办新闻发布会上表示，将扩大银行股权投资试点。随后发布《关于扩大金融资产投资公司股权投资试点的通知》与《关于扩大金融资产投资公司股权投资试点范围的通知》。据悉，金融资产投资公司，简称金融AIC，是经国务院银行业监督管理机构批准，在中国境内设立的，主要从事银行债权转股权及配套支持业务的非银行金融机构。
