10月8日金融一线消息，中国再保险（集团）股份有限公司发布2024年第二次临时股东大会之投票结果及委任执行董事和独立非执行董事的公告。公告显示，经2024年第二次临时股东大会批准，朱晓云女士获委任为第五届董事会执行董事，姜耀辉先生获委任为第五届董事会独立非执行董事。
