大山教育拟发债1.5亿港元，预计4年期利率6％、8年期利率6.5％
【大河财立方消息】10月8日，河南港股上市公司——大山教育控股有限公司公告，拟发行不超过1.5亿港元债券。
上述债券可能分一批或多批发行，其中4年期债券预期年利率6%、8年期债券预期年利率为6.5%。该债券不会在香港联交所或任何其他证券交易所上市。
大山教育称，发行债券所得款项净额拟用于发展现有海外教育咨询服务业务、探索新业务机会（包括但不限于品牌运营及管理咨询业务）和用作一般营运资金。
