智通财经APP讯，丽丰控股(01125)发布公告，预期本年度(截至2024年7月31日止年度)的公司拥有人应占综合亏损较截至2023年7月31日止年度约5.85亿港元大幅减少不少于50%。
公告称，亏损大幅减少(部分已被税项支出的增加所抵销)，主要由于本年度内已落成投资物业及在建中投资物业的建筑成本有所节省致使投资物业公平值增值;其他经营费用净额减少﹔及行政费用减少。
