地政总署最新资料显示，今年9月接获4份预售楼花同意书新申请，涉及共4,037伙，较8月接获1份预售楼花同意书新申请，涉及240伙，按月大增3,797伙或15.8倍，属今年3月以来最多。
新申请预售项目，包括会德丰地产与港铁(00066.HK) 合作的黄竹坑站港岛南岸第6A期，提供463伙，预计2027年5月底落成入伙。而恒地(00012.HK) 、帝国集团、希慎(00014.HK) 与市建局合作发展的土瓜湾庇利街/荣光街1期及3期项目，亦已入纸申请预售，两期分别涉360及288伙。
至于长实(01113.HK) 发展的观塘安达臣道“港人首置盘”，预售申请于今年5月遭拒后，发展商于上月重新入纸申请预售，提供2,926个单位，惟预计入伙期由原先2026年9月底，延至2026年12月底，押后约三个月。
