复星旅文(01992.HK) 旗下Club Med公布，今年上半年EBITDA录2.44亿欧元，按年增长逾7%，渡假村营运收入达到1.39亿欧元，增长11%。其中冬季山系渡假村的业务十分强势，上半年占Club Med业务量的45%以上，较2023年上半年增长22%。截至今年8月3日，下半年出发的预订按年增长5.7%，明年上半年的预订亦较今年上半年显著增长。
Club Med表示，上半年香港市场销售收入较去年同期增长47%，而Club Med香港的山系渡假村销售亦按年增长16%。Club Med香港及台湾市场总经理Stuart de Bourgogne表示，香港的旅游业正逐步复苏，很高兴看到2024上半年客户对山系渡假村的需求显著提升，展望2025年，随着航空运力将逐渐回复，预期将有助于推动旗下阳光海岛渡假村的增长。
自4月起所有Club Med渡假村已成为精致一价全包渡假村或尊尚假期系列，上半年渡假村床位数量按年增加4%，客户人数增长2%至超过77.8万人，平均房间入住率达到70.4%，按年提升0.8个百分点。于2024至2026年间Club Med计划开设9间新渡假村，并计划对16间以上的现有渡假村进行扩建或翻新，并研究其他开设机会，重点集中于加勒比海、中东、东南亚，以及法国和全球的山系目的地。(gc/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
