智通财经APP获悉，神州控股(00861)早盘涨近15%，截至发稿，涨14.62%，报3.45港元，成交额2774.13万港元。
消息面上，8月30日，神州控股发布上半年业绩，营业收入70.14亿元，毛利9.57亿元，归母净利润1081万元。剔除神州信息影响，实现收入29.36亿元，较去年同期增长20%；归母净利润4096万元，较去年同期增长380%。公司在数据要素价值挖掘、人工智能场景应用、中资企业出海服务等领域均实现突破，核心业务大数据产品及方案收入12.77亿元，较去年同期增长17%，近四年复合增长率26%。
海通证券此前发布研报称，对于神州控股在大数据和境外业务的优异表现给予肯定，认为公司“大数据+人工智能”战略的可行性已得到充分验证，同时，公司境外业务的突出表现更是开启了公司第二增长极，长期发展值得期待。东方财富证券则表示，神州控股聚焦“大数据+AI”战略，持续打造面向政企客户的数据分析与决策产品及智能应用，实现了高质量数据与AI应用场景的商业化落地。
