UOL Group's (SGX:U14) freehold condominium project, Meyer Blue, sold 114 units out of the 226 available units over its launch weekend, according to a report by the Business Times on Monday.
The units were sold at an average price of SG$3,260 per square foot, the report said.
Two-bed, 667 square foot condos ranged from SG$2 million three-bed, 990 square foot condos ranged from SG$3 million while five-bed condos sold for SG$5.6 million, according to the report.
UOL said that the only two penthouses in development were also sold.
EdgeProp reported, as cited by the Business Times that a 2,949 square foot penthouse unit was sold for around SG$10.1 million and another 2,992 square foot unit was sold for SG$10.3 million.
