KWG Group (HKG:1813) recorded pre-sales of the group along with its associates and joint ventures of 603 million yuan for September, 27.3% lower year-on-year.
The corresponding pre-sales area came in at 28,000 square meters for the reporting period, indicating a 47.7% decrease year-on-year, a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange said.
The property developer's shares closed over 28% lower on Tuesday.
