中银香港(02388.HK) 个人金融与财富管理业务数字化总监李滨表示，截至今年9月，该行的年轻客户有超过95%交易都经由电子渠道办理，而使用手机银行的年轻客户数目亦按年增长近20%，为切合年轻客户的理财需要，同时鼓励客户从交通、消费、理财三大范畴实践绿色生活，中银香港致力将手机银行打造为互动数码理财生活平台。
该行今年6月分阶段开放碳足迹追踪功能予特选客户使用，透过人工智能整合及分类客户账户的交易数据，以及碳追踪计算模型，估算客户个人在日常生活中直接及间接排放温室气体的总量，从而得出其碳足迹等级，期望让客户掌握自己的日常消费及理财习惯对环境的影响。
