消息面上，马可数字科技发布公告，于2024年10月7日，公司与华通证券国际有限公司(华通证券)订立谅解备忘录。根据谅解备忘录，订约双方同意利用彼等于金融证券经纪业务优势，SAAS(软件即服务)技术实力，及数字科技技术能力，合作成立联营公司合作开发数字货币金融证券交易柜台。
