Livingstone Health's (SGX:PRH) wholly owned subsidiary, Cove Sports & Reconstruction, entered into a tenancy agreement with VS Investments to lease a unit at the Mount Elizabeth Medical Center in Singapore, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.
The estimated rental fee for the premises for the entire duration of the lease is about SG$504,067. The total time period of the lease is three years.
The subsidiary will use the premises to operate a Cove Orthopedic Clinic.
