北京能源国际股东大会决议案全数通过
财中社10月8日电北京能源国际（00686）发布公告，确认于2024年9月30日举行的股东特别大会上，所有决议案均已获得独立股东的正式通过。具体投票结果显示，39.2亿股（占100%）赞成批准买卖协议的条款及其项下拟进行的交易，反对票数为0。
在股东特别大会上，已发行股份总数为223.3亿股，其中京能集团作为本公司的控股股东，持有71.8亿股（占已发行股份相关投票权的32.64%），因而未参与投票。独立股东的投票总数为148.1亿股，超过50%的票数使得决议案正式通过。
