智通财经APP讯，马可数字科技(01942)发布公告，于2024年10月7日，公司与华通证券国际有限公司(华通证券)订立谅解备忘录。根据谅解备忘录，订约双方同意利用彼等于金融证券经纪业务优势，SAAS(软件即服务)技术实力，及数字科技技术能力，合作成立联营公司合作开发数字货币金融证券交易柜台。
柜台交易系统是针对券商提供的一套用于证券交易的业务系统，在券商行业拥有广泛的用户基础，作为支撑经纪业务的必备业务系统，也是券商IT价值的核心所在。公司与华通证券均同意进一步讨论上述合营企业的特定条款及详情。本谅解备忘录项下的合作为公司探索成为具有竞争力的金融科技平台带来重要机遇。
