Scholar Rock (SRRK) shares soared 328% amid heavy trading after the company said Monday that a phase 3 trial of its investigational therapy apitegromab met its primary endpoint.

Over 34.6 million shares traded intraday versus a daily average of roughly 753,000.

Duckhorn Portfolio (NAPA) agreed to be acquired and taken private by funds managed by private equity firm Butterfly Equity in a deal that values the luxury wine producer at about $1.95 billion.

Shares of Duckhorn jumped 103% as intraday trading volume soared to more than 37.6 million from a daily average of about 1.3 million.

MYT Netherlands Parent (MYTE) said Monday that it has entered into binding agreements to acquire 100% of the share capital of YOOX NET-A-PORTER, or YNAP, from Richemont in exchange for shares representing 33% of MYT's fully diluted share capital.

Shares soared 56% as intraday trading volume catapulted to more than 11 million from a daily average of about 35,000.
