金吾财讯 | 香港银行股普跌，恒生银行(00011)跌5.36%，大新银行集团(02356)跌4.12%，东亚银行(00023)跌3%，中银香港(02388)跌2.13%，汇丰控股(00005)跌0.71%，渣打集团(02888)跌0.18%。摩根士丹利发报告指，2025年银行业净息差（NIM）将是一个重点，相比于香港本地银行会更偏向国际银行，最偏好渣打集团(02888)。大摩认为，香港同业拆息的按季上升，贷款增长疲软，将让净利息收入（NII）继续受压。减息的主要影响将在2025年体现，因此NII将是一个重点。非利息收入将保持良好，主要受益于持续强劲的财富以及市场收入的支持。预计成本将得到良好的管控。该行预计信贷损失率（ECL）不会带来惊喜，不过香港重要企业（Critical Elements Corp, CRE）的不良贷款率可能仍然上升，市场的关注点应该围绕于此。
