China International Marine Containers Seeks Regulatory Nod for Multiple DFIs of Up to 6 Billion Yuan

China International Marine Containers (Group) (HKG:2039, SHE:000039) applied for the registration and issuance of multiple debt financing instruments (DFIs) of up to 6 billion yuan from the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors, according to a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.

The instruments include short-term commercial papers, medium-term notes, and green bonds, which it will issue based on market conditions. The proceeds from these instruments will be used for liquidity, loan replacement, and other approved needs.

The company's stocks were up by over 1% in recent trading.
