地平线，已启动香港上市预路演，IPO募资或达39亿

据外媒消息，地平线(HorizonRobotics)，已启动香港IPO预路演，拟募资最多5亿美元(约39亿港元)。
地平线，于2024年10月1日在港交所第二次递交招股书，10月8日即通过港交所上市聆讯，公司于2024年8月9日获中国证监会境外发行上市备案通知书，拟发行不超过约11.54亿股境外上市普通股。
地平线投资者阵容豪华，包括上汽集团、五源资本、高瓴投资、红衫、英特尔、韩国SK海力士、云峰基金、宁德时代、比亚迪等上百位股东。
地平线，成立于2015年，提供全面的高级辅助驾驶和高阶自动驾驶解决方案组合，包括主动安全高级辅助驾驶解决方案Horizon Mono、高速自动领航(NOA)解决方案Horizon Pilot、高阶自动驾驶解决方案Horizon SuperDrive。地平线的软硬一体的解决方案已获得27家OEM(42个OEM品牌)采用，装备于超过285款车型。按销量计前十大中国OEM均为地平线的客户。截至2024年6月30日，地平线累计获得275款新车型定点。按2023年及2024年解决方案总装机量计算，地平线为中国第四大高级辅助驾驶和高阶自动驾驶解决方案提供商，市场份额分别为9.3%及15.4%。
