Natural Cool Holdings (SGX:5IF) completed a proposed settlement with liquidators for the creditors' voluntary winding up of its subsidiary, Natural Cool Investments, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.
On June 9, 2022, the company received a letter of demand from Mapletree Logistics Trust seeking payment of around SG$1.4 million rental in arrears from NCI regarding a property at 29 Tai Seng Avenue in Singapore.
