Software solutions company Dubber (ASX:DUB) said its chair Neil Wilson will retire as a non-executive director after the annual general meeting on Nov. 27, according to a Friday filing with the Australian Securities Exchange.
Meanwhile, executive director Peter Pawlowitsch will revert to the non-executive director role on Jan. 1, 2025, with Matthew Bellizia taking over as CEO in September.
Pawlowitsch filled in for the role of acting CEO until Belliza stepped into the permanent position, the filing said.
