IT之家 10 月 11 日消息，Uber 本周宣布将于 2025 年开始为旗下司机端 App 引入聊天机器人来推广电动汽车，利用 OpenAI 的 GPT-4o 知识库回答司机关于电动车的疑问。

　　Uber 表示，目前该公司在北美和欧洲市场已协同 18 万名合作司机利用电动汽车展开服务，为了促进更多司机转向电动汽车，Uber 将在司机端 App 中加入基于 OpenAI GPT-4o 的 AI 助手，从而为司机解答电动汽车常见的问题，包括电动汽车的优势、充电指南、电池安全性等。

　　Uber 目前正积极推广“节能减碳”，参考IT之家先前报道，Uber 在 10 月 9 日的 Go-Get Zero 大会上宣布了一系列减碳措施，包括推出纯电动或混合动力车服务、到 2040 年实现“零排放平台”等。
