金吾财讯 | 摩根士丹利发报告指，内地大型房地产开发商销售额在十一黄金周好于预期，平均同比增39%，是9月合约销售额的86%。预计非常有可能录得按月中双位数增长，同比降幅将收窄。其中，华润置地(01109)、绿城中国(03900)、中国海外发展(00688)、建发国际集团(01908)、越秀地产(00123)表现良好。该行预计，随着情绪改善，未来数周内趋势强势，但是销售的可持续性仍然是支持行业跑赢大市的关键。该行建议投资者增持同时受惠地产及消费股票，例如华润置地以及华润万象生活(01209)，其近期因投资者情绪改善而股价上涨，行业可能出现回调。同时偏好防御性强的开发商，例如中国海外、绿城中国和越秀地产，它们由于第四季度销售强势，也可能跑赢大市。因第四季的潜在强劲销售。
