智通财经APP讯，益美国际控股(01870)发布公告，于2024年10月9日，买方益美吊船系统有限公司(公司一家间接全资附属公司)与卖方CSW1018 Company Limited订立初步协议，买方同意购买，而卖方同意出售该等物业，总代价为4045.5万港元。
据悉，将予收购的该等物业为中国香港九龙大南西街1018号东方国际大厦8楼5、6及7室，为总建筑面积及可销售总楼面面积分别约4495平方英尺及约2921平方英尺的工业物业。
公告称，为配合集团业务的快速发展及未来扩展，集团拟收购该等物业(即工业大厦单位)，并于该等物业的现有租约届满后作为工场及仓库用途。收购该等物业可使集团减少当前及未来的租金开支及搬迁成本。董事认为收购该等物业可满足集团对仓库空间的需求，而鉴于中国香港物业市场近期的趋势，现时收购该等物业对集团而言乃属良机。
