智通财经APP讯，强泰环保(01395)发布公告，于2024年9月29日，如皋经济技术开发区管委会与恒发水务订立设施扩建与提标改造协议，恒发水务及如皋恒发将按照协议所载条款及条件分别投资及进行扩建与提标改造项目。
根据设施扩建与提标改造协议，订约方目前无意因扩建与提标改造项目而更改有关如皋恒发设施的现有BOT模式、特许权期限或水费金额。
据悉，扩建－扩建现有如皋恒发设施，以将其工业污水处理能力由每日4万吨提升至5万吨，每日增加1万吨。提标改造－于扩建与提标改造项目竣工后，除将工业污水总处理能力提升至每日5万吨外，所有出水提标至《江苏省地方标准城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》（DB32/4440-2022）的C标准。
于本公告日期，订约方估计恒发水务将出资的投资金额总额约为人民币2090万元，即扩建与提标改造项目的估计总成本。
公告称，集团拟通过订立设施扩建与提标改造协议，将其污水处理业务与随着如皋的发展提高当地污水处理能力的目标保持一致。扩建与提标改造项目完成后，经升级如皋恒发设施将使集团自收取额外污水处理费中产生更多收入。因此，设施扩建与提标改造协议有利于如皋恒发设施的持续经营，亦有利集团持续扩展业务。
