【诺诚健华：创新药ICP-488Ⅱ期临床试验取得积极结果】金十数据10月9日讯，诺诚健华晚间公告，公司创新药ICP-488在中重度斑块状银屑病患者中进行的Ⅱ期随机、双盲、安慰剂对照研究中取得了积极的临床试验结果。研究结果显示，接受6mg和9mg（每日一次）ICP-488治疗的患者在第12周的PASI75较接受安慰剂的患者均有显著的改善。此外，接受ICP-488治疗的患者中，达到PASI90、PASI100和静态临床医生整体评估（sPGA）0/1（即皮损完全清除或基本清除）的比例显著高于安慰剂组。
