智通财经APP获悉，网络安全公司 Rubrik (RBRK.US)在首次公开募股数月后，其股东思科系统(CSCO.US)出售了所持有的股份。思科曾通过收购网络安全公司 Datos IO 的投资获得 Rubrik 股份，而 Rubrik 于 2018 年收购了 Datos IO。两家公司在 8 月宣布了一项战略合作伙伴关系，将 Rubrik 的产品纳入思科的全球价格表，并提供联合解决方案以增强勒索软件防护和业务连续性。
据报道，思科系统在 Rubrik首次公开募股(IPO)数月后出售了其所持有的股份。根据思科向美国证券交易委员会提交的文件，截至 6 月 30 日，思科持有 183,081 股 Rubrik 股票，价值略低于 600 万美元，并于 9 月 30 日出售了这些股份。
思科对 Rubrik 的投资起源于其对网络安全公司 Datos IO 的投资，后者于 2018 年被 Rubrik 收购。思科首席财务官斯科特·赫伦(Scott Herren)自 2021 年起担任 Rubrik 董事。
