未来发展控股(01259.HK) 公布，正计划在其金融业务分部内开展保险业务领域的新业务。集团一间于开曼群岛注册成立之非全资附属，近期已获开曼群岛金融管理局颁发经营保险业务的牌照。作为其新保险业务的一部分，集团计划提供私募寿险，即一种人寿保险产品，在保单内为保单持有人提供身故赔偿保障和累积投资增长机会。
集团目前正在为全面开展保险业务作准备，董事会相信新业务将使集团能够进军新行业并受惠于多元化的收入来源。
