矿业巨头力拓周三宣布，将通过一次全现金交易收购美国阿卡迪姆锂业公司 （Arcadium Lithium） ，对后者的估值为67亿美元。
力拓表示，将以每股5.85美元的价格收购这家美国锂生产商，较阿卡迪姆10月4日每股3.08美元的收盘价溢价90%。
