智通财经APP获悉，微创系集体走低，截至发稿，微创机器人-B(02252)跌6.61%，报10.46港元；微创医疗(00853)跌6.17%，报7.3港元；微创脑科学(02172)跌3.85%，报9.75港元；心通医疗-B(02160)跌5.62%，报0.84港元。
消息面上，近期心通医疗发布公告称，已同意收购上海心永医疗科技有限公司全部股权。据悉，心永医疗持有上海市浦东新区张江科学城牛顿路501号。而张江科学城牛顿路501号是微创医疗的曾经的总部所在地。分析人士称，本次卖掉“老家”或许是微创医疗促进业绩扭亏为盈和业务降本增效的一环。
此外，摩根士丹利近期发布研报称，下调微创医疗2027-2030年的每股盈测5-9%，以反映在持续的定价压力下，对2027-30年的增长和利润率假设较为保守，并相应地将SOTP估值中各业务部门的折让率由10-11%调高至11-13.5%。因此，大摩下调微创医疗目标价14%，由7.4港元降至6.4港元。维持“与大市同步”评级。
