首惠产业金融与首钢签订EMC融资租赁协议，融资额度达34亿元
财中社10月10日电首惠产业金融（00730）发布公告，宣布与首钢集团于2024年8月29日签订了EMC融资租赁总协议。根据该协议，首惠产业金融有条件同意提供或促使其附属公司向首钢集团提供本金总额不超过34亿元（约合36.6亿港元）的融资租赁信贷融资，融资期限为三年。
此次融资旨在支持首钢集团在中国政府的节能减排政策下，实施能源管理和节能改造项目。首惠产业金融计划通过直接租赁和售后回租等方式，向EMC工程公司提供融资租赁服务。公告指出，融资租赁信贷融资的年度上限将设定为38.7亿元（约合41.6亿港元），以满足未来可能的融资需求。
此外，首惠产业金融在公告中提到，该协议将对公司的盈利能力产生积极影响，预计将为公司带来稳定的收益来源。董事会建议股东在即将召开的特别股东大会上批准该协议。
