OneMain's (OMF) core earnings per share estimates were seen lower on revised modeling for provisions for financing receivables losses, RBC said Wednesday in a report.
RBC reduced its Q3 estimate to $0.96 a share from $1.42, cut the 2024 forecast to $4.40 from $5.35 and slashed the 2025 outlook to $6.22 from $7.34.
OneMain's "durable business model and capital generation potential," is still favored, RBC said.
RBC lowered its price target on the stock to $58 from $60 and maintained its outperform rating. OneMain results from Q3 are expected Oct. 30.
Shares of OneMain fell 0.6% in recent after-hours trading.
