Scor has entered into exclusive negotiations with the holding company of the Albin Michel group for the sale of its stake in subsidiary Humensis.
Humensis was founded in 2016 and Scor supported the development of the educational publishing group in France.
Scor said late on Wednesday that in entering negotiations with Albin Michel, it intends to entrust what it said was a key player in the publishing industry with preserving and future development of the Humensis group brands.
Scor didn't disclose any financial details.
