Clime Capital (ASX:CAM) accepted 494 applications for roughly 5.3 million new shares under its share purchase plan, raising about AU$4.3 million, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
New shares issued will start trading on the ASX on Oct. 14, the filing said. They will be entitled to the September quarter fully franked dividend of AU$0.0135 per share payable on Oct. 25 to shareholders on record as of Oct. 15.
Proceeds will be used to support the company's investment strategy.
The company's shares were down almost 1% in recent Thursday trade.
