【房地产迎利好，业内：将缓解房企资金压力，减税大招或出现】金十数据10月12日讯，财政部副部长廖岷12日在新闻发布会上明确，将积极研究出台有利于房地产平稳发展的政策措施。在“允许专项债券用于土地储备”层面，东方金诚首席宏观分析师王青表示，专项债资金可以用来回购房企闲置土地，以及用于收购存量商品房用作保障房，这两个措施将在一定程度上缓解房企资金压力，推动房地产市场较快恢复供需平衡。上海易居房地产研究院副院长严跃进表示，此次提及税收工具支持房地产止跌回稳，虽然没有明确提及税收工具的方向，但基本上可以判断，在此前央行一系列重磅政策下，房地产减税大招将出现。换句话说，在今年10月份要密切关注税务部门的政策动向。
