智通财经APP获悉，维他奶国际(00345)涨超4%，截至发稿，涨4.14%，报6.29港元，成交额4964.78万港元。
消息面上，信和置业主席黄志祥的胞弟黄志达首次申报通过旗下公司杨协成及其家族办公室，合共持有维他奶逾5%股权。联交所资料显示，黄志达于10月7日在场内以平均6.2819港元价格增持维他奶共307.4万股股份，涉资1931万港元，持股量由4.94%增至5.22%。黄志达持有的权益当中，约1731.2万股是通过远东机构旗下的杨协成所持有；另有3873.4万股，则是通过家族办公室公司Kuang Ming Investments持有。
同时，新加坡饮品公司杨协成公布，以平均每股5.8849港元买入维他奶国际1759.8万股，涉资1.036亿港元，占维他奶股本约1.64%，累计持股增至2.04%。杨协成表示，收购有关股权符合集团投资亚洲行业领先企业的战略。这提高集团在内地和香港植物饮料行业的敞口，公司将不时考虑进一步的投资。
