智通财经APP获悉，香港传媒股早盘多数走强，截至发稿，英皇文化产业(00491)涨90.48%，报0.08港元；橙天嘉禾(01132)涨28.89%，报0.057港元；电视广播(00511)涨15.11%，报3.58港元；邵氏兄弟控股(00953)涨12.71%，报0.133港元。
消息面上，10月9日，商务部国际贸易谈判副代表李咏箑与香港特区政府财政司司长陈茂波在香港共同签署《关于修订＜《内地与香港关于建立更紧密经贸关系的安排》（CEPA）服务贸易协议＞的协议二》。《协议二》自签署之日起生效，并将于2025年3月1日起正式实施。
《协议二》在电影、电视等服务领域增添了开放措施。电影方面，取消香港服务提供者不得投资电影制作的限制；以及允许香港服务提供者经内地主管部门批准设立的发行公司，经营以买断形式引进的香港影片的发行业务。电视方面，将取消香港人士参与网络电视剧作主创人员的数量限制；以及允许香港制作的引进剧经国家广播电视总局批准后在内地广播电视台的黄金时段播出。
