智通财经APP获悉，鼎丰集团汽车(06878)跌超19%，截至发稿，跌19.09%，报0.072港元，成交额176.08万港元。
消息面上，鼎丰集团汽车发布公告，董事会建议按每20股每股面值0.025港元的现有股份将合并为1股每股面值0.5港元的合并股份的基准进行股份合并。股份合并须待(其中包括)股东于股东特别大会上批准后，方可作实。
于本公告日期，现有股份以每手买卖单位为1万股现有股份于联交所进行买卖。董事会建议待股份合并生效后，将于联交所买卖的每手买卖单位由1万股现有股份更改为3000股合并股份。
于2024年10月9日(交易时段后)，配售代理与公司订立有条件配售协议，据此，公司有条件同意透过配售代理按非包销基准向不少于6名最终实益拥有人为独立第三方的承配人配售最多2063.88万股配售股份，配售价为每股配售股份1.1港元。配售股份将根据特别授权配发及发行。配售价较股份于2024年10月9日(即配售协议日期)在联交所所报的收市价每股股份1.78港元折让约38.2%(假设股份合并已生效)。
