【美国作出烷基磷酸酯反补贴初裁】金十数据10月10日讯，据中国贸易救济信息网，2024年9月30日，美国商务部发布公告，对进口自中国的烷基磷酸酯（Alkyl Phosphate Esters）作出反补贴初裁，初步裁定安徽润岳科技股份有限公司（Anhui RunYue Technology Co., Ltd.）税率为96.83%、浙江万盛股份有限公司（Zhejiang Wansheng Co., Ltd.）税率为35.47%、浙江万达集团公司（Zhejiang Wanda Tools Group Corp）因未参与应诉，税率为546.13%、中国其他生产商/出口商的税率为50.15%。美国商务部预计将于2025年2月9日作出反补贴终裁。本案涉及美国海关编码2919.90.5050项下产品。
