BlockBeats 消息，10 月 10 日，法国区块链证券交易平台 Kriptown 宣布完成 420 万欧元 A 轮融资，BNP Paribas、Bpifrance 和 Centilux Family Office 领投，BNP Paribas 和 Bpifrance 成为该公司股东。
新资金将用于在欧洲 DLT 试点制度下建立专门针对中小企业的欧洲证券交易所，允许创建基于区块链技术的金融市场。
此外，Kriptown 已正式向欧洲 DLT 试点制度下的法国审慎监管和解决局（ACPR）提交了 DLT TSS（交易和结算系统）许可证申请。
