由2024年10月10日起，执行董事桑康乔已获委任为董事会联席主席。桑康乔及执行董事景旭峰将作为联席主席共同领导董事会。
于唐亮辞任及桑康乔获委任为董事会联席主席后，桑康乔已获委任为提名委员会及投资督导委员会各自的主席、薪酬委员会的成员，各自由2024年10月10日起生效，并继续担任执行委员会的成员。
