智通财经APP讯，瑞安房地产(00272)发布公告，2024年第三季合约物业销售额达到人民币128.63亿元，其中包括住宅物业合约销售额人民币127.36亿元和商业物业合约销售额人民币1.27亿元。合约物业销售总建筑面积为6.91万平方米，车位287个。2024年第三季合约物业合同销售平均价格为每平方米人民币186000元。
2024年首九个月，累计合约物业销售额达到人民币134.86亿元，其中包括住宅物业合约销售额人民币132.13亿元和商业物业合约销售额人民币2.73亿元。合约物业销售累计已出售建筑面积达到8.91万平方米，平均售价为每平方米人民币151400元。另外，有663个车位于2024年首九个月售出。
另外，除以上报告的合约物业销售额，截至2024年9月30日止，集团取得认购销售总额为人民币9.21亿元，预计将陆续于未来月份转成正式合约物业销售。
