【香港二手楼价转升 中原料回稳】金十数据10月10日讯，香港二手楼价指数上周下跌后本周回升。反映主要大型屋苑二手住宅楼市走势的中原城市领先指数(CCL)最新报136.11点，按周升0.18%，是9月19日美联储宣布减息0.5厘，以及香港银行下调最优惠利率0.25厘当周的市况。中原地产研究部高级联席董事杨明仪指出，减息后CCL单周回稳，但指数仍为逾8年(424周)次低，继续于2016年8月底水平徘徊。中央救市令港股急升，新盘销售理想，楼市气氛好转，二手成交逐渐回升，CCL有望回稳，相信短期楼价在135至137点窄幅争持。今年CCL累跌7.54%。
