中集集团(02039.HK) 公布，为进一步促进集团债务结构灵活调整，及时抓住银行间市场直接融资机会，公司拟向中国银行间市场交易商协会申请统一注册发行多品种债务融资工具(DFI)，品种包括超短期融资券、短期融资券、中期票据、永续票据、资产支持票据、绿色债务融资工具、定向债务融资工具等，并将在有效期内自主发行。
是次DFI项下各品种注册发行规模合计不超过60亿元人民币，具体以交易商协会接受注册通知书载明的内容为准。结合公司良好的AAA级信用评级情况，最终利率需根据拟发行时的市场利率、集团资金需求情况以及与承销商协商情况综合而定。
