由会德丰地产、恒基地产(00012.HK) 、中海外(00688.HK) 及新世界(00017.HK) 合作发展的启德新盘“DOUBLE COAST I”,联同中原地产设立的“DOUBLE COAST”销售专门店今日(10日)开幕。
会德丰地产副主席兼常务董事黄光耀表示,计划下星期落实销售部署,并将视乎新一份《施政报告》及市场反应定价,期望月内可以进行首轮销售。
黄光耀提及,美联储9月减息、本港银行跟随下调最优惠利率、中央救市“组合拳”等因素,推动买家于近期加速入市。他透露,“DOUBLE COAST I”命名至今获近1,000宗查询。至于会德丰今年在启德区内的楼盘共录317宗成交,套现约46亿元。
中原地产亚太区副主席兼住宅部总裁陈永杰表示,香港楼市进入转势,交投气氛持续升温,各大发展商趁转角市推售新项目,反映市场购买力正逐步释放。他期望,新一份《施政报告》推出针对本港楼市的一系列措施,包括协助年青人置业、惠及专才来港买楼等。
