智通财经APP讯，中集集团(02039)发布公告，为进一步促进集团债务结构灵活调整，及时抓住银行间市场直接融资机会，公司拟向中国银行间市场交易商协会申请统一注册发行多品种债务融资工具(DFI)，品种包括超短期融资券、短期融资券、中期票据、永续票据、资产支持票据、绿色债务融资工具、定向债务融资工具等，并将在有效期内自主发行。本次DFI项下各品种注册发行规模合计不超过人民币60亿元，具体以交易商协会接受注册通知书载明的内容为准。
