益美国际控股(01870.HK) 公布，其全资附属公司Blooming Power Limited(BPL)与DCH Investment and Construction JSC.(DCH)订立一份谅解备忘录，初始年期为三年，除非经由BPL及DCH书面延期。BPL或DCH可透过提前30天向另一方发出书面通知终止合作谅解备忘录。
根据合作谅解备忘录，BPL及DCH同意建立合作框架，以于越南巴地头顿省周德县平巴社(Nam Chau Duc工业城市服务园区)的一个数码枢纽数据中心投资、发展及营运可再生能源项目。DCH将负责该数码枢纽的投资、建设及营运。BPL及DCH将合作投资、融资、开发及营运该数码枢纽内的屋顶太阳能项目及地面太阳能项目。
另外，益美国际进一步宣布，其全资附属公司广东港能电力最近已取得广西电力交易中心颁发的市场售电牌照。凭借该牌照，集团将可直接参与广西省电力市场内的零售电力交易及绿色电力交易，为客户降低用电成本。集团计划积极扩大其在电力交易领域的业务，旨在增加市场份额及支持集团在绿色能源领域的发展。
此外，集团于广东、山东及湖南的售电业务进展良好，客户年用电量超过20亿度。集团有意将业务进一步拓展至山西等现货市场成熟的省份。(sl/w)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
