智通财经APP获悉，基建股强势反弹，截至发稿，中国铁建(01186)涨12.75%，报6.1港元；中国交通建设(01800)涨10.98%，报5.38港元；中国中铁(00390)涨10%，报4.29港元；中国中冶(01618)涨8.7%，报1.75港元；中国通号(03969)涨5.37%，报3.53港元。
消息面上，国新办将于本周六举行新闻发布会，介绍“加大财政政策逆周期调节力度、推动经济高质量发展”有关情况。国投证券指，2024年基建投资稳增长基调持续，政治局会议财政定调积极，随万亿国债和超长期特别国债项目持续开工建设，地方政府专项债发行提速，实物工作量尽快形成，均有望支持全年基建投资增长。目前建筑行业基本面整体稳健，基建央企和地方基建龙头行业集中度持续提升，叠加国企改革、鼓励分红和市值管理持续推进，估值有望提升。
中信建投证券认为，当前利好政策有望持续，在资本市场、地产和财政政策方面均有望加码，低估值建筑央企和房建、基建板块均直接受益。国盛证券表示，近期证监会出台市值管理指引等促进长期破净公司价值提升，叠加近期一揽子“宽信用”政策，以及后续可期待增量财政政策，四季度板块基本面有望边际改善，有望继续展现明显额收益。
