美国达美航空公司表示，由于“食品安全问题”，不得不在过去几天暂停了从底特律大都会韦恩县机场枢纽起飞的200多架航班的热餐服务。

　　达美航空当地时间周日在一份声明中表示：“在最近对DTW厨房的检查中，达美航空的餐饮合作伙伴被告知该设施存在食品安全问题。达美航空及其餐饮合作伙伴立即关闭了热食生产，随后暂停了该工厂的所有活动。热食和其他机上供应将由其他设施管理。”

　　上周五，一名机组人员收到消息称，由于“不可预见的供应链问题”，头等舱的餐点无法上机，飞机将储备额外的零食。

　　达美航空表示，没有员工或客户生病的报告，并向受影响的客户提供旅行代金券或飞行常客里程作为补偿。

　　航空公司每天为乘客提供数千份餐食，通常是通过第三方餐饮厨房。与达美航空合作的Do & Co．没有立即置评。

　　今年7月，一架从底特律飞往阿姆斯特丹的达美航空航班因为收到变质鸡肉的报告而改飞纽约，迫使该航空公司在某些航班上限制了几天的食物供应，只供应意大利面。
